A contractors time is important. We pride ourselves in providing crews that can be trusted to work hard without constant supervision. A contractor has many more important things on their mind than junk; they should be able to make that call and be confident the job will be taken care of. We have been helping contractors get rid of debris since the very beginning. We understand the importance of maintaining a clean worksite as building inspectors and neighbours see a clean site as the reflection of a contractors work. Our crews are covered by WCB and are fully insured. We are also capable of doing light demo and it is possible to hire out a crew for the day. Construction Site DebrisIf you’re doing a bathroom renovation or constructing a 50 unit condominium, 604-TRASH-IT can help in various ways. Most often the debris is stacked somewhere inside the building or outside in an obvious pile. This is not a requirement however and our crews will scour an entire site picking up everything except paint and chemicals. If it has to go, we’ll take it. We’ll even do a quick sweep once the job is complete. DrywallWe are happy to accept drywall. We do charge a slight premium if you are looking at getting rid of lots of it, but if you just have one of two sheets we’ll include that in our general rates Drywall must be recycled at an extra expense so you will find that most companies charge a little more to haul it away. Dirt/Soil/RocksOur crews can take any of the above items. We’ll come out with our own tools – shovels, wheelbarrows etc – and do all of the labour that needs to be done. We usually prefer to do an estimate on jobs like these beforehand so please let us know ahead of time. InvoicingIt is not always easy for contractors to pay us on site especially if you’re from a large construction firm. The way 604-TRASH-IT operates is we’ll send a crew of two or more people out to your site and they will determine based upon load size how much we’ll charge you to haul away your junk. Our prices include the dump fees and labour. If the price is right, our crew will be able to do the job then and there but we are always happy to provide a free estimate.
