Definitely! We wear booties (slip-ons for our shoes) to ensure we don’t get your floors or carpet dirty, and we have a very careful procedure of removing your items. We also sweep up the area when we’re done, leaving the space in a cleaner state than what it was before.
Yes, we do - and we have a very safe and secure process and ensure our teams come with proper suits and equipment. We encase all items in plastic to ensure no bugs are left behind. This type of work is considered a high-risk job and is something we specialize in.
Not necessarily. We can accommodate to your needs and convenience if you need to be somewhere else during your appointment. Simply leave your stuff outside, and we can pick it up. We will, however, need your credit card on file before we arrive. Upon arrival, we will call to confirm your quote - and with your approval we will proceed with removing your items and process your payment when we finish. A copy of your invoice and payment will be emailed to you.
Our professional crews bring shovels, brooms, rakes, garbage bins, other variety of tools, and a dolly. If required, we can also bring power tools, larger bins with wheels, wheelbarrows, and other demolition-specific tools.

We operate a 1.5 ton truck with a 15 cubic yard bin built on the back. The bin is 10 feet long, 8 feet wide and 5 feet tall.
Yes, we are insured with WorkSafe BC and we have $5 million Commercial General Liability. All of our vehicles are insured commercially through ICBC.
