We take all kinds of stuff including furniture, green waste, paint, clothing, appliances, household items, electronics, recyclables, drywall, wood, metals, and deconstruction waste. We also take aggregrate materials such as soil, concrete, and mattresses - however, conditions apply.

We take your unwanted items to the appropriate facility. First, we recycle, then we donate to charities (such as our partner, Big Brother), and lastly, we take the rest to the transfer station, so you can feel great about doing the right thing; including giving back to the community and environment, and giving your stuff a second chance. We charge by volume based on the amount your junk takes up in our truck. We offer competitive rates so you can spend less of your time shopping around for a deal. We give you an approximate quote based on your description when you book your appointment, and we confirm the quote when we arrive to your home. We provide transparent pricing upfront along with amazing service, so there will be no surprises when the invoice comes. The downside to renting bins is that you are forced to do all the work yourself. 604-TRASH-IT will provide all the labour, making sure everything is tidy once the job is complete.

Yes and yes! We have a great team of smart, efficient, and detail-oriented managers and associates that plan ahead to ensure your appointment goes smoothly so that you can relax and remain stress-free.

We will provide you with an invoice upon completion on-site, and go over the details with you to ensure that you’re a happy client. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We accept cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and AmEx), and cheques upon receipt; and a copy of your invoice and payment receipt will be emailed to you afterwards. Please note our drivers do not carry change.

Definitely! We wear booties (slip-ons for our shoes) to ensure we don’t get your floors or carpet dirty, and we have a very careful procedure of removing your items. We also sweep up the area when we’re done, leaving the space in a cleaner state than what it was before.

Yes, we do - and we have a very safe and secure process and ensure our teams come with proper suits and equipment. We encase all items in plastic to ensure no bugs are left behind. This type of work is considered a high-risk job and is something we specialize in.

Not necessarily. We can accommodate to your needs and convenience if you need to be somewhere else during your appointment. Simply leave your stuff outside, and we can pick it up. We will, however, need your credit card on file before we arrive. Upon arrival, we will call to confirm your quote - and with your approval we will proceed with removing your items and process your payment when we finish. A copy of your invoice and payment will be emailed to you.

Our professional crews bring shovels, brooms, rakes, garbage bins, other variety of tools, and a dolly. If required, we can also bring power tools, larger bins with wheels, wheelbarrows, and other demolition-specific tools.

No, we are not a licensed moving company. Our focus at 604-TRASH-IT is to remove junk and other unwanted materials for recycling, repurposing, and reusing.

We operate a 1.5 ton truck with a 15 cubic yard bin built on the back. The bin is 10 feet long, 8 feet wide and 5 feet tall.

Yes, we are insured with WorkSafe BC and we have $5 million Commercial General Liability. All of our vehicles are insured commercially through ICBC.
